Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
Terrible terrible terrible service!!! Never will I go here again! Waited 40 minutes for food in drive thru and when I finally went in and asked for a manager she said "you can either wait and have your food or your money back. Which do you want?" I said "I want both! This is ridiculous." She argued with me that I couldn't have both and then said she would call the police if I didn't leave! She started videotaping me with her phone and told me I was white trash (i'm hardly in this category). I will never ever eat her again!

We have recently moved to CC so this McDonald's is actually "our" McDonald's. After visiting this location twice now...I will drive further down the road to visit a different location. The owner needs to actually go inside and go under cover. Tables and floors are filthy. I had to go to the counter and ask if someone could please come out and clean a table for us to sit down at...the girl's name was Makaelia . She looked at me like I was a huge inconvenience to her. My daughter ordered a double hamburger plain. (She has a food allergy to cow's milk so we skip the cheese) Her order really is just two patties on a bun. Super easy. Well, it has cheese all over it. Back to the counter I go. Makaelia is there with a very irritated look on her face. I am clearly a thorn in her side. Send her back to training, or fire her. She is Not customer friendly. This is not the right fit for this particular young lady. Here we go for the second visit...let's keep it safe and go through the drive thru. (I already know the interior will be filthy.) We'll get it to go and eat at home. Line takes forever! I have never seen anything like this to be honest. And then, I get home to discover that my child's plain double Hamburger has cheese All over it. Yup, they did it again. My husband ate it and I made her a toasted sandwich in the toaster oven. I didn't bother driving back to then have an unpleasant employee greet me with a grumpy face. This location has major issues and the owner needs to get in there quick!

Instead of eating at a $10 breakfast buffet at our hotel across the street, we got the "2 for $3" Sausage & Egg McMuffin plus two small coffees for about $5. And they were good! Yeah this is McDs but why pay for an overpriced buffet you don't need when this is fast, cheap and good?

After a late-night kayaking trip we stopped at this McDonalds to grab something quick to eat before driving back to Orlando. This stop was anything but quick. It was probably around 11:15 when we arrived. There was no line at all. But we waited, and waited, and waited as employees wandered around not putting our order together. We actually did ask what the delay was and they said there was a shift change going on, so that was it, we were just forgotten. We could see into the kitchen area and nobody was even making food. (We didn't even get our drink cups until we asked for them.) When we finally did get our order it had been close to 20 minutes since we arrived. There is no reason for such slow service, especially when the restaurant was empty like that. Food was fine but not at all worth the hassle. I would never go here again.

As far as McDonalds goes this one is five stars. I mean, why not? Everything has always been hot and made correctly. The line doesn't move too slow and the employees are polite. I have no complaints.

If you have a large group, it's large enough to accomodate a birthday party or family, it's clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. There's an electrical outlet to plug your smart phone or laptop into and the wifi signal is okay. There is a kids play area. Plays contemporary or 80s music and the bathroom is modern. But it's only open till 10 p.m. and food was stale. overcooked and didn't taste very good.

Let's face it; You know what to expect from McDonald's. As a rule, wherever you go, there's a formula they have that makes things work. NOT HERE. A simple order took ten minutes, and there was no line. There was a person waiting for 15 minutes, too. They still forgot the hot chocolate after all that time, and I had to ask for it. The floor is littered with food. Luckily, the food was standard. If I were you, I would drive on by.

This place looks nice on the outside but total dump inside. No tables were clean, the soda station was filthy, no straws, no ketchup and no napkins. And we waited forever after we ordered our food. I told the manager about the need for attention in the dining room and she just shrugged.

I was highly surprised at how little seating this McDonald's has. It is located within a half mile radius of several hotels, and these hotels are a five minute drive from Canaveral's cruise port. Thus, this place was busy on the Sunday morning we went, simply because lots of people were grabbing breakfast before heading to the ship to wait and board. I would think they would want to maximize their profit. And an easy way to do that is offer more space for customers to line up, or take a seat and stay for awhile. The playground was also quite small. Only a few tables inside the lay room, thus several parents were forced to stand and eat/watch. The for is homogenous, anyway you look at it. The two McGriddles I ordered were steaming warm and fresh - I'll give 'me a thumb up for that!

All newly remodeled - great new look, same food, but could certainly be a tad warmer. Not very good service, but got fed. Today ate there again and changed my rating - nice and clean as new - but again the food was close to the cold side. I have no clue what was going on today - but so many people were complaining that the orders were messed up mine include - had pancakes and got to table - no butter, syrup knife or fork so back standing in line. Very unorganized when eating in side. Wait in line to to order -- then wait in line again to get what I ordered. What use to be fast food is now slow cold food! One lady complained and the manager was so rude, I could hardly believe my ears.
